Informal conversation with British sound artists Sonia Killmann and Raydale Dower at the «Nikto ne spit» bookshop (Tyumen). Artists will talk about their practices and approaches to art creation.

Sonia and Raydale's practice covers different approaches to sound art – field recordings, visual coding, installations, electronic music, Dadaism inspired sound experiments, etc. 

Sonia and Raydale came to Russia for the first time to provide sound-art workshops during the «Young Artist Lab» project in Ekaterinburg. Right after the Lab-results presentation in the Ural Branch of Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the artists visiting Tyumen, inspired by the history of local sound art community (artists from Tyumen - Evgeniy Pisarchenko and Konstantin Roslyakov took part in Ekaterinburg SOUND LAB).

The project is part of the international programme UK – Russia Creative Bridge 2021-2022 with the support of the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy in Moscow.

Project organiser: ANO «Standard 2.0». The event is implemented jointly with the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts / NCCA Ekaterinburg.
